Christmas Shopping for my 5 year old? Gift Suggestions?!?!?!?

So I’m shopping for my son for Christmas. I love my child b/c he doesn’t ever ask for very many things. So last year I got him the v-tech keyboard, v-motion, Tag Reading system. this mickey mouse create a story. a kid’s digital camera. now I don’t know what to get him this year. THose are pretty much all I’m seeing in gifts. I’d appreciated some guidance. He isn’t a spoiled child. He told me he only wants one present for Christmas. He’s really into Diego and Spongebob.
I like educational toys the most. But any help is appreciated. I save 700 bucks a year to buy him presents for christmas.
He’s a good boy. He tested into Kindergarten and everything. He was only 4 when he started. He’s the youngest in the class.
Also if you could think of something to get his teacher for Christmas as well thanks!
